Afternoon Tea
The nations favourite drink goes one stage further with The River Bar's Afternoon Tea, available every day from 3pm to 5pm for £19.50 and £29.50 with a glass of Champagne. Indulge yourself by ordering some of the hotel's freshly baked scones with strawberry preserve and clotted cream, and an assortment of tasty pastries and fresh cream cakes.
Other snacks to compliment your afternoon tea include a selection of finger sandwiches from salmon, beef, cucumber and pepper, to egg mayonaise and cheese. Afternoon teas available range from English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Ceylon and Pre Green Tea, to herbal teas such as Camomile, Peppermint, Ginseng and Vanilla & Lemon.
