These are our promises:

  2. Offer 24-hour and day delegate packages that are consistent across the brand

  3. Treat you as individual guests, providing the highest levels of five-star service

  4. Provide stylish meeting layouts which reflect the design of our hotels

  5. Design tailor-made events for you and your clients

  6. Ensure that staff at all of our properties understand UK conference specialists and their needs

  7. Meet the unique needs of conference clients and organisers

  8. Use contracts which are fair and simple

  9. Produce high-quality collateral and websites, tailored to the needs of you and your clients

  10. Offer a conference agents' rate of £50 per night, which will enable you to get to know all of our properties personally

  11. Reward you for your business through 'Winning with Rocco', our loyalty scheme for conference agents

  12. Pay 10% commission on all pre-booked spend if you join the loyalty scheme

  13. Pay your commission within 30 days of the account being settled, without waiting for an invoice

  14. Provide you with a single point of contact within the hotel at each stage of your event

  15. Ensure that messages are passed on to you quickly

  16. Deliver your room service orders on time

  17. Service your rooms in the morning and evening

On - site parking at The Lowry Hotel is subject to availability and  we reserve the right to allocate spaces for overnight residents of The Lowry Hotel. 

In the instance that no parking is available our Concierge department will direct you to the nearest car park.
